Rachel joined the CERGE-EI Foundation in 2022 and works as the Strategic Development and Programs Director. She previously worked at the Russian American Foundation as the Coordinator Director for their Bolshoi Ballet Academy Summer Intensives. Rachel received an MSc in Russian and East European Studies from the University of Oxford, where her research focused on the stigmatization of mental illness in Russia. She also holds a B.A. from Columbia University in Russian and Psychology.
