Michael Jetton has been part of the CERGE-EI Foundation since 2000, where he manages the Teaching Fellows Program. From 2000 to 2017, he also managed the Regional Research Competition funded by the Global Development Network (GDN), a worldwide consortium of research and policy institutes dedicated to increasing the impact of policy-relevant research. During this period, the CERGE-EI Foundation served as GDN’s regional hub for Central and South-Eastern Europe.

Michael holds a degree in Government and Politics from George Mason University and earned an MSc in European Social Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1997. A long-time resident of Prague, he has lived there since 1993.
